Gonbad Sepid Prefabricated Houses Company (private joint stock company) has started its activities since November 2017. After the tragic and unfortunate earthquake of 2017 in Kermanshah province, which caused extensive loss of life and property, a group of experts and managers in the construction industry came together and decided to conduct extensive research in the field of design, management and construction of earthquake-resistant buildings that can be constructed and installed very quickly and are also cost-effective. After a year of round-the-clock research, the above team succeeded in acquiring knowledge of designing and engineering the construction of modular prefabricated buildings. The general design is the stable form of the dome. Structures that have long been used in the hot deserts of Iran to the harsh cold of the Arctic. These structures, which are derived from authentic Iranian architecture, were designed by the American space agency NASA for human habitation on the moon and Mars, and advanced countries such as Japan have developed them, put them into mass production and put them into operation.
